|This person is a member of the Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications. The role is responsible for developing and executing brand and marketing programs for the upcoming Uptown Dubai district, as well as other property initiatives in DMCC.
The role working closely with the Integrated Marketing Team (Digital, PR, Content, Events, Analytics), business units, third party agencies to deliver the annual marketing plan and provides closed loop reporting on marketing ROI.
Key responsibilities include the development and execution of marketing strategy and plans aligned to business growth objectives, implementation of marketing campaigns and programs, with a strong emphasis on digital.

Executing targeted client centric and opportunity centric marketing programs for Uptown Dubai district, a DMCC development.
Work closely with Marketing and Sales deliver cost-efficient integrated marketing campaigns against an annual marketing plan that involves research, messaging, positioning, theme / image development, creative packaging, videos, digital and social media outreach, microsites, email campaigns and / or creative marketing tactics. It also includes liaison with third party relations, including agencies, writers, etc
Responsible for tracking budget, touch points and results of the campaign outreach.
Lead qualification by analysing digital and offline- pipeline and by working with account teams, business development, sales leads and other internal stakeholders
Draw insights from marketing analytics to refine programs and improve performance.
Build relationships with business teams – account leadership and sales teams – coaching them on best practice marketing strategy, tactics and implementation
Responsible for all aspects of marketing projects, including: meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures
Identify opportunity to apply creative marketing innovation in pursuit of business growth eg implementation of client perception studies, client value reports, etc.
Ensure that all global marketing policies and procedures are followed.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or business (or related years of experience)
Any certifications in Project Management and Digital (SEO or similar) a plus
5-10 years of experience in :
Minimum of 5 years experience in integrated marketing
Experience from property/real estate sector a must
International Multi-channel campaign planning, development and deployment.
Working with senior stakeholders
Ability to lead and support multiple projects under tight deadlines
Deep understanding and ability to originate and apply marketing concepts
Strong Operational Discipline, performance mgmt, reporting rigor
