Source potential investors and establish/maintain good work relationships.
Attend to inquiries relating to sale, re-sale, property valuation, property services, etc.
Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times, and generate extra income for the company.
Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients.
Attend property events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars, etc.)
What we are looking for:
2-5 years’ sales experience with a major UAE property developer or leading real estate broker
RERA / Real Estate Board exam certified
Knowledgeable Dubai real estate market and latest trends
Experience in Salesforce
Good network / database of investors
Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on own initiative
Great negotiation skills
