If you see yourself leading a first-rate sales team for the world’s best free zone and driving sales for an exciting new project, then the role of Head of Sales at DMCC may be for you.

The Head of Sales has the overall responsibility for building and motivating the sales team in delivering sales targets on a monthly basis for the entire DMCC real estate portfolio, including Uptown Dubai, an upcoming premium commercial and residential district next to Jumeirah Lakes Towers.
In this interesting and challenging role you will be responsible for:

Managing and leading sales activities and initiatives
Developing sales strategies for continual improvement of sales department performance
Driving the sales team toward achievement of individual and team targets
Managing key customer relationships with Ultra and High Net Worth individuals as well as investors
Understanding the UAE and international markets and the changing requirements of customers

To be considered for this role, you need to have:

At least 12 years’ experience, with last 5-7 years being in a senior sales position managing a large team handling property sales within a leading UAE real estate developer
Experience in Salesforce software
Knowledge in real estate sales (Commercial, Branded Resi, Resi - multi-family)
Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic language skills desirable
